נחל גוברין - סקר צומח 2012-13

סקרי צומח לקראת נטיעה נערכו בנחל גוברין כהמשך לסקר קודם (http://nirforestecosoil.com/?p=162). רמת המשקעים היא כ-400 מ"מ באזור האקלימי הים תיכוני היובשני. הסקר נערך לאורך הנחל, יובליו. הקרקע גרומוסולית עמוקה ובגבעות מעל הנחל הסלע קירטוני. לאורך הנחל ישנם מספר מופעים של צומח נחלים, בעיקר של קנה מצוי. מעל הנחל קיימים שיחיות של אשחר א"י ואלת המסטיק, ובתות של ינבוט השדה וסירה קוצנית ועצי שיזף בודדים. קיים ריכוז חשוב של שיטה מלבינה. בין העשבוניים נפוצים שומר פשוט וכלך מצוי. מרבית המינים ממקור ים תיכוני.

Vegetation surveys was held (2012-2013) in Govrin stream (Shfela, Judean foothills, Israel). The average annual precipitation is 400 mm, in the quite-dry Mediterenean region. The survey had done along the stream and it margins. The natural vegetation included Phragmities australis near the stream, garigue of Ramnus lycioides and Pistacia lentiscus and bata of Prosopis farcta and Sarcopoterium spinosum.
